Pathetic service by Lokal App. Even after paying for a subscription, my job posting is still not active. I have called customer care multiple times and sent several emails. The callback comes after 24 hours, and every time the representatives simply transfer the call from one department to another without giving any proper solution.

Total waste of money and time. I paid 1698/- for a hiring subscription They had promised to provide a list of verified candidates. Instead, I didn't receive a single lead that met my requirements. Despite specifying that I needed experienced candidates, I only received applications from freshers. Not a single call was made by any candidate. My calls / messages to their support person were unanswered. Do not use this platform for hiring; it's a 'cheating app' with terrible service

“This local app is not good at all. Until we pay money, they don’t share any job details or proper information. After we pay the money, they stop responding completely. This has already happened to me.” “They forced me to pay money. I clearly told them that I do not want to pay for the local app, but they did not listen to me. They kept calling me again and again and asking for money. They did not share any proper job details or information until I made the payment. This is not fair very 😞🤬🤬
