About this app

We strive to be an inclusive, non-toxic, positive place for gamers. We are a community of communities. We believe gaming is the most social form of entertainment.

“social network for gamers” is the simplest way to describe it. But it’s so much more. In fact, our internal team avoids the term “social media” because that term has a ton of baggage these days, which underscores the problem… Online communities are often not very enjoyable.

It doesn’t have to be this way. Like a virtual LAN Party, Channel 3 makes social gaming delightful.

Channel 3 is completely independent and developed by a small team that cares about its users. We do not run targeted ads and we do not sell your data. We are not venture-backed. We don't have growth targets and margins to squeeze. We just love video games.

Ratings and reviews

Updated for September 2024: updates and improvements ongoing. More people should be here. The best experience for gamers on the internet. The user base avoids and self-polices toxicity, events are fun, daily mini-games are a blast, daily and weekly quests go all over the place in a good way. If you go elsewhere for gaming, you needn't go any further than this.

I could label this as a "Facebook for Gamers" but I would be so wrong, C3 has an amazing team of Devs and Mods, and every time ive had a question or concern, Joel or Dan have taken care of it! If you want a place where you can post funny stories/clips/videos of gameplay and actually have positive comments back and not just hateful peeps all the time (doesnt have to be just gameplay, it can be anything! What you did that day, what you ate, pictures of your pets, etc!) I HIGHLY recommend C3!

Great team, and such a fun app. Lots of love has gone into this project, and I hope it can get the support to keep growing and realize the potential the team sees!!
