App friendly but please why can't I access my ecg meter after I added it to my scores. kindly help me

Downloaded this app but I wasn't able to get past the phone number part in the beginning. They probably don't accept voip numbers. I will NOT give my permanent carrier number to an app that I don't know anything about. UNINSTALLING.

I'm done with the signing up just now and I tried checking the credit side and they said I'm already on credit. but I just opened an account...hmm and there isn't even a help center or report page
