Logging in is very difficult, after installing the app on my phone, I can't log in. It's very frustrating when it keeps giving you feedback that only existing users can log in. Meanwhile, I used to have it on my old phone. please the developers of this app should upgrade it and make it easier to use. When you need important information then it refuses to open, please let it not be that anything Ghana comes with a problem.

I am not able to login. I tried on several occasion to login but it all to no avail. After entrying the verification code then this message pops up saying unable to create new account. Only existing users can log in.

I think those finding it difficult to log in or register should just take their time to enter that OTP . I had that same difficulty at first, but it later worked when I took time to enter the OTP(one-time password), that four digits they sent. Also, there must be an update on where one can change the uploaded dp. In all, this is a very useful app.
