Waste of time and money. uninstalling after this app failed me 3 times in a row. I booked a non priority pick up. The delivery person never picked up the parcel. So, after waiting overnight, I cancelled it and was still charged 40/-. The next time I booked express delivery, I was promised a delivery person in 30 minutes, no one was assigned for 4 hours. I cancelled and again I was charged cancellation. The same thing was repeated a 3rd time. useless.

Please do not book services through Borzo. I waited for nearly 5 hours, and in the end, my order was cancelled. Their customer support was also not helpful and did not communicate properly. I am sharing this based on my experience so that others can avoid facing similar issues. Additionally, refunds are not processed promptly after taking payment. Thank you.😡

worst experience. I had booked a delivery partner and was waiting since morning after waiting till 5 I tried to contact the customer service but the customer service is very poor no proper response and then after an hour i.e at 6 the order got cancelled on its own I again tried to contact the customer service but they informed me that a person will be calling me from their end but there was no call until the next day. very bad experience,poor service
