Ratings and reviews

It is a very good platform for earning. But in some scenarios I face a lot of problems. Sometimes the distance that is seen in the borzo is different or long as compare to google maps. That means the distance is shown less in the borzo app and the same distance is shown more in google maps. why ?

An urgent document delivery was delayed by 3 hours. There was no traffic condition. Guy was picking other packages and other providers (not only borzo) packages on the way. Do not use this app. I faced major loss today due to delayed delivery. Package was supposed to reached town at 2:15 PM but reaced 5:10 PM. I could watch the guy going off routes to all other places before going to the south mumbai.

commision charges are too high compared to other delivery apps. Charging 25 to 60% as commision. If costumer pays 600 they only gives 320 to delivery partner. that's pathatic. please decrease your commission rates or charge a flat commission amount on all orders. Riders are working on highway in hot summer and rain. Also timing issue a 45 km. distance to deliver in 1 hour. how can it be possible. And another issue if client changes the address after reaching the previous location the price drops
