i tried to add my payment method. it keep unsuccessful. There was also an event where they keep asking for 15 digit bank account but in Thailand, most of the bank account has only 10 digits. Until now I still can't do anything with the payment method. Not to mentioned how poor the app was optimised with high latency and a lot of lagging and weird UX

I only log in to my app once every quarter. Now it's asking for a customer ID which isn't found on any of my old physical policies! Security or not, it finds ways to make managing my policies a struggle! This app was supposed to manage policies quickly, but apparently my change of payment method did not work at all using this app! USELESS!!!

if policy holder's payment methode is autodebet credit card , the payment menu in apps can not be used. it is terrible , sometimes credit card limit is insufficent or sometimes card loss . if the payment option is open all the time will be better, so when we experienced certain problem such as card missing , insufficienct ballance , we can adjust to antother card or payment method
