Ratings and reviews

The content on the screen keeps blinking.. You tap on the policies menu and nothing's happening.. How can you view your policy when you have a blinking screen and couldn't even do anything?!!

It won't even load. it is stuck with showing the logo and nothing else happens. even if I wait for 20mins. I can't login or do anything at all!

i tried to add my payment method. it keep unsuccessful. There was also an event where they keep asking for 15 digit bank account but in Thailand, most of the bank account has only 10 digits. Until now I still can't do anything with the payment method. Not to mentioned how poor the app was optimised with high latency and a lot of lagging and weird UX
