As someone who has FWD, logging in is pretty difficult. I understand for security reasons, tasks like captcha is needed but the captcha for this app is too much. Like you will have to select pedestrian first, then wait for new image to load, continue selecting pedxing, then new request to select bus is needed then cars then bicycles. Like how many layers of captcha is needed to prove that I am not a robot???

I cannot open the app. Once I opened it, it shutted it self right after orange logo loading screen. Deleted and reinstalled app is not fixing the problem, latest update is also not helping. This happens since 3 previous update. Help center has no response to this matter for more than a month now.

Its says update whenever you open the app but when you proceed for update it says that its already updated, with that I cannot proceed to log in.
