S-L-O-W and kind of clunky. Less intuitive and harder to find information or make changes. Unavailable for a period on June 1 2024. Since the app is all many customers see of Principal, you'd think they'd make more of an effort. Older versions were better. Shake that... Also, why should you have to re-sign in to the app to send a message???
