Just call If you pick the wrong category, they just ignore the request. And not every category is available for selection...so you are doomed for failure from the get go.
Decent app, horrible implementation. When I tried to make a report, I had to pick a category for the report. There were a dozen or so I had to choose from and evidently I picked wrong. I got an email: your report has been canceled bc you picked ___ and it belonged in ___ category.
Great App! Some ppl make things seem worse than what they are. I've seen some of these complaints and over exxagerated... Mind your business..
Accomplishes Nothing It's a great way to establish communication with 311 but requests are closed without being resolved (pothole).
311 Nice app. It works depending on the issue.
Nice Looking App - Same Lousy 311 Don't let this nice looking app fool you. Reports are falsely marked "resolved" and cases are "closed" when in fact the problem still exists. There is often little to no follow through and zero accountability.
