App is buggy. The city picks and chooses what they want take care of. I reported an issue today and saw the baltimore city car ride by and did nothing. But yet they reported under the submitted claim reported that vehicle was gone when the arrived. So how is this?
I report, they listen?
Great way to notify the city without calling This is a great simple way to open a service request with the city, and once the city does something, they almost always update the database so you know when they did something. It's not perfect, because once you make a request, you can't update the information for the city or cancel the request. Hopefully the next mayor will have people who want to improve the application.
App constantly deletes history, user info UPDATE: App constantly deletes your user information, so you lose your complaint log. Can only assume this is so you have no record of your long standing complaints. // This app has a shaky history. Sometimes it works, and it's great. Other times, it's "Bad Request" after "Bad Request". Why bother doing all the work to submit a request, when the app won't allow it? Sigh. As it stands, don't waste your time.
You broke it. Why is the assigned S/R number no longer displayed on the report? Without this basic information, there is no way to follow-up on a specific request. Also, all reports of clean water leaks in Baltimore County (which are still the responsibility of the City) are "closed" as "Location outside City limits."
