It's far from perfect, but I use it at least once a week and get results. Remember the app can't make city employees actually do their jobs... Now that would be an amazing app!
App is buggy. The city picks and chooses what they want take care of. I reported an issue today and saw the baltimore city car ride by and did nothing. But yet they reported under the submitted claim reported that vehicle was gone when the arrived. So how is this?
Keep receiving "reporter not registered": even after entering all my information.
I report, they listen?
Great way to notify the city without calling This is a great simple way to open a service request with the city, and once the city does something, they almost always update the database so you know when they did something. It's not perfect, because once you make a request, you can't update the information for the city or cancel the request. Hopefully the next mayor will have people who want to improve the application.
