Baltimore 311 allows residents and visitors to assist the city agencies in keeping city neighborhoods cleaner, safer and more beautiful by reporting a variety of issues such as graffiti, potholes, street light outages, trash collection, street cleaning and more… all through the convenience of a mobile device. The app will route the service requests directly to the appropriate servicing agency. The customer can also view the status of a service request within the app.

app has not been working for some time. after reinstalling I was able to submit one ticket so far. how many stars do you think we can earn?

The app is very frustrating to use, often freezes up when you try to upload photos or submit the report.

Does not contain all the required information. I put in two service tickets for missed recycling (Was the week before the every other week schedule was starting) and every time the app showed 'delayed pickup - material collected.' What it didn't show was the note that they weren't going to be picking up at all due to staffing. Had to call 311 to figure that out. Woulda been nice to know that.
