At the doctor’s office, but forgot your MVP member ID Card? With myMVP, members can view their ID Cards and email or fax a copy right from their mobile device. Find a doctor, hospital, or urgent care center by searching zip code or city, or let your phone’s GPS do the work. myMVP will even provide driving directions using your device’s map functions. Want to look up the details of a recently completed claim? Use myMVP’s claims search and see a detailed summary of health service providers and costs. Need to contact one of our Customer Care Center representatives? myMVP lets you quickly call, email or send a question or comment with our built-in secure contact form.
SECURITY: Users of myMVP are not required to log in or register to use the app. If a member does log in and agrees to allow MVP to save member information to the device, the following information will be encrypted and saved to the device indefinitely:
• MVP web account username
• First name
• Last name
• MVP Member ID
• Email address
Logging in to the myMVP app provides members with the following functionality:
• Doctor/Facility/Urgent Care Center Search – Member ID will be saved to the device and the app will not require a member’s plan type to be selected in the search for doctors, facilities and urgent care centers.
• Contact Us form – Member’s first name, last name, member ID and email address will be pre-filled.
• Claims Search –Member’s completed claims (and limited dependent claims if user is a primary subscriber) will be searchable and viewable.
DEVICE REQUIREMENTS: The myMVP mobile app is compatible with Android mobile devices. Requires 2.3 and above.
