About this app

Clark County welcomes residents and guests to the new online reporting system for issues under the jurisdiction of Clark County. Individuals can submit requests for assistance, report issues ranging from neighborhood business operation concerns to public works problems or post a question to their County Commissioner. Users will identify the location of the issue, and GPS will notify them if the issue is within Clark County jurisdiction. Users will then be able to select the topic from the listed options and submit their concerns. Residents can search for public reports they or others in the community have submitted via an address or selecting a GPS point on the map.

I don't know how anyone has managed to request anything on this app or website. It makes you create an account which requires an OTP, which I never got until I started all over. But there is no pass code in the email, just a link, but it's asking for a passcode. Now I click the link, says my account is active and I can sign in, but when I try to sign in, it says I still need to verify my account. Started over. Says wrong password even tho I know it's right. Forgot password link. No email. Quit

Request categories have disappeared. For example, there's no longer a way to submit a request for street light maintenance. But there's still a category to report Covid-19 violations at a business, SMH. As for trying to get help, the "email us" link in the app doesn't work. The "resource center" is generic and out-of-date. I suppose I can try to figure out who to call at Clark County, but I suspect no one there will know what's going on with the app.
