The app stopped working after I had it installed for a few weeks. It just shows a blank screen where I would expect my next pickup date info to be. I also stopped receiving notifications. I opened a case with 311 to try to get it resolved but it was closed out of nowhere today due to "no cause for action". When the app worked for me it was very helpful. In it's current state to me it is useless. I have checked that the app and my device are both up to date.

It used to work great, but then it stopped giving me notifications. I have followed all the troubleshooting steps to get the notifications turned back on and nothing works. All that it is useful for now is helping me maintain the pickup schedule on my personal calendar.

very useful. you can set the date and time the day before so u don't forget.
