Takes forever, could be so much easier to navigate through. Endless times scrolling through the alphabet to get to the UK when they already know it's the UK. No choice but to scroll through each time, so just takes longer and longer. Mobile phone numbers rejected as probably need to remove leading zero. But a box pops up first to say invalid and tick to say number is actually correct, but that makes no difference so it's pointless doing it. exasperating because so many steps just to get that f

Unable to proceed past the screen after I placed my phone on the passport to read the RFID information. The traveller information screen comes up with all my details on it, but there is no bottom to confirm and proceed. Pressing the back button just puts you in a loop of having to scan the RFID again and not being able to move forward. I can't do the application online, as every time I try it forces me to either open or download the app. Please help!!

not a great app design. lots of different approval ticks you have to make. very time consuming and the kind of questions you need to answer. puts go off flying via the US, the greatest county in the world according to them. last bit, had issues with PayPal but at the same time could not go back to pay with credit card. and starting a new application was also not possible. so you are left in the dark how long it could possibly take before you can lock back in and continue paying the outstanding.
