I usually give decent reviews, but this is a terrrible app. I've been a mobile application dev for 15+ years. The UI is next to impossible to navigate. I spent over 35 minutes that should take less than 5 minutes. l'm trying to sign up for paper invoices instead of e-mail. I spent thirty minutes on-hold only to be told to do it on the app which did to no avail. I'd suggest hiring better website devs. The UI team looks decent , but the site is so convoluted that I can't get the task done.
