▶강릉페이란?
강원도 강릉시의 지역화폐로, 우리 지역 내에서 돈이 돌게 하여 소상공인의 매출액 증대와 지역경제 활성화에 기여합니다.
충전식 선불카드 형태의 지역화폐로, 강릉시 내에서 사용할 수 있습니다.
또한 강릉시민에게 복지 수당을 지급하는 수단으로, 지역경제 활성화를 위해 충전 후 결제 시 캐시백을 제공합니다.

▶카드 형태의 편리한 강릉시 지역화폐, 강릉페이 카드 신청 및 사용
- 복잡한 계좌 개설이나 은행 방문 없이, 앱에서 바로 카드를 신청할 수 있습니다.
- 발급 받은 카드는 모바일 앱을 통해 언제 어디서나 충전할 수 있어요.
- 강릉시의 모든 가맹점에서 카드로 편리하게 결제하세요.
- 카드 이용 내역은 앱에서 간편하게 확인할 수 있습니다.

*소상공인 경쟁력 강화를 위해 백화점, 대형마트, 대기업 프랜차이즈 직영점 등 일부 제외 업종에서 사용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

▶충전 후 결제 시 캐시백 제공
- 충전 후 결제금액에 대해 캐시백을 추가로 지급합니다.
- 캐시백은 결제 시 현금처럼 쓸 수 있는 금액입니다.

▶정책발행 카드로 이용
- 강릉페이 복지 정책 대상자이신가요? 강릉시에서 제공하는 정책발행금은 강릉페이를 통하여 지급됩니다.

▶체크카드와 같은 30% 소득공제
- 앱에서 소득공제 신청 후 결제 시, 연말에 자동으로 공제 혜택이 적용됩니다.
- 카드 사용 전 꼭 소득공제 신청을 먼저 해주세요! 앱 우측 상단 전체 메뉴에서 "소득공제 신청"을 통해 신청할 수 있습니다.
* 4월부터 7월까지의 사용분에 한해 80% 소득공제 혜택을 드립니다. (조세특례제한법 개정)

▶ What is Gangneung Pay?
It is a local currency in Gangneung-si, Gangwon-do, and contributes to increase sales of small business owners and vitalize the local economy by turning money in our region.
Local currency in the form of a rechargeable prepaid card, which can be used within Gangneung City.
In addition, as a means to pay welfare benefits to citizens of Gangneung, cash back is provided when payment is made to revitalize the local economy.

-You can apply for a card right from the app without opening a complicated account or visiting a bank.
-The issued card can be recharged anytime, anywhere through the mobile app.
-Convenient payment by card at all affiliated stores in Gangneung-si.
-You can easily check the card usage history in the app.

* In order to strengthen the competitiveness of small business owners, use may be restricted in some excluded industries, such as department stores, large marts, and franchise retailers.

▶ Provide cash back when paying after charging
-After charging, an additional cashback will be paid for the payment amount.
-Cashback is an amount that can be used like cash when making payments.

▶ Use as a policy issuance card
-Are you eligible for Gangneung Pay welfare policy? Policy issuance provided by Gangneung City is paid through Gangneung Pay.

▶ 30% income deduction such as check card
-When you make a payment after applying for an income deduction in the app, the deduction benefit is automatically applied at the end of the year.
-Make sure to apply for deductions before using the card! You can apply through the "Apply for Income Deduction" in the entire menu at the top right of the app.
* 80% income deduction is provided for use from April to July. (Revised Tax Restriction Act)
