Oof. Where do I begin? This app hasn't worked for me for 3 months, maybe? It is a huge inconvenience when I go grocery shopping to not be able to use the app, because I am losing out on redeeming so many of my benefits, as I do not know what is available to me. I have emailed the developers with screen shots of my phone information and specifics, etc. About 3 weeks later I got an email back saying they couldn't figure out how to fix it or what the issue was. Now app is "stopping" completely.

Please try the new version released June 11. WIC clients who were having issues with previous versions are using this version successfully. If you still have issues, send a screenshot of phone make, model, and software version along with the INWIC Mobile App version to inwic@isdh.in.gov with subject “mobile app” and your family ID.

[Original comment: "Not only was I unable to log in, but it wasn't even able to recognize my email address for me to reset my password. I don't know what the problem was, but for me it was functionally useless."] Edit: Since I wrote that review, something changed - I'm not sure what - and upon renewed download I've been able to use it normally.

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry that you are experiencing issues. During your next clinic visit, please confirm the registration information with them as it is likely to be different then the system information. Thank you

An update for INWIC has just come out. It now saves your login information so you don't have to log in everytime you use it! Also all eligible foods have been updated as well. UPC scanning now has improved accuracy. In order to register with cardholder's birthday (on samsung phones), rather than scrolling all the way back through the years, simply click on the year and it will allow you to select your birth year and THEN choose your month, day, etc. For Apple phones this has not been an issue.
