Killeenites-- Here is your one-stop shop to participate and communicate with City services. From our Public Works team, to Code Enforcement and Animal Services, citizens can use this tool for reporting non-emergency concerns that affect your quality of life; i.e. potholes, street light outages and loose animals. Your report will go quickly to the right department to be addressed—you have the power in your hands, even while on the go. Citizens can also upload photos and get status updates on their report. Our teams will respond and you’ve helped your city become a better home with the click of a button.

it was fine until it wasn't. All I used it for was to pay my water bill. It did work for 9 months. Now I can't log into my account. It's been almost a year now. I contacted the city webmaster and crickets from them. You call for help and get passed around. I was able to do a one-time payment with my account number, but now I can't. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app with the latest fixes. Still not working. There is zero support for this app, negative 100 rating.

The app has a data loading circle icon that isn't loading the link it connects to. I have to force stop the app

Downloaded to pay utility bill, needs you to create an account but when you go to the new user section it says an unexpected error occurred
