While I agree the birthday thing needs to be updated, I really enjoyed the app otherwise! I didn't try to use it and be on the phone at the same time so I can't attest to that. But I have been having such issues uploading things via the website. It could never find my case. With the app all you do is snap a photo. The quality and size must come out amazing on their end because the case worker was able to read everything, even my hand written statement. Overall, after spending several hours over several days trying to make the website work or find a printer or fax machine to borrow, spending five minutes on this app made me want to throw a party.
Keeps restarting the app when i try to upload pictures of my documents. Its take to long to input my birthday...you have to continually tap 12 months to go back to your month & year of your birth
Your DOB entry is the most inconvenient thing. Why would someone want to scroll 20+ uears one month at a time?
this app wouldn't even accept the information i enter. Tried many times but negative.
It's convenient, but one can not be on call and fotograph as well as send documents while on call. Other than that I think it's great.
Useful cause I'm always on the go.
