Much easier layout then Beacon. Appreciate that I can see what's going on. Only if there was a way to speak with somebody who could help. Shows you if your application is active but doesn't help you fix any problems you can only fix a problem by speaking with someone and there's no way to speak with anyone ever even during operational times no one EVER answers the phone to help

The user interface is very difficult to use. I sent an email with details. I have two claims from 2021 (had to open a second because of an issue that hasn't been resolved after multiple conversations with representatives). When I try to login on my phone using the app, it almost always shows the inactive claim and eventually by clicking around, some magic occurs that gets me to the second claim. I filed on 2/5/21 and have yet to see a penny even though I have been assured by multiple people

At this point I'm confused. I downloaded what I thought was the Beacon 2.0. But everytime I go back to MD unemployment website it sends me somewhere else. So I dont like the setup or layout It's useless. One page says pending and the other website shows exhausted. And can't reach no one to help, I have filled out alot of the inquiry forms, emailed.
