It's another typical non-functional automated form designed by bureaucrats without taking into account the real world needs of the user. I tried to report an abandoned vehicle on the side of the road by a vacant lot and the app only takes complete addresses that have a property folio number with Miami Dade County. No field to enter intersections or other locations that do not fit a specific address. On the section to describe damage the Other (Specify) field does not allow text to be written.

I am unable to upload an image or use the camera to take a picture from the pothole service request form in the app. The app doesn't even ask for permission to access the phone's camera or photo gallery; the permissions aren't even listed in the Android app permission settings.
