Glitchy, unreliable and half the time you can't log in. Then it will scan things and say they are approved then you get to the register and it denies the purchase. They really need to update the product info on this app so it's not so nerve racking and embarrassing getting to the register then having to try and figure out what products you can't pay for.

The scanner on the app hardly works. You have to keep reopening the scanner with it already pointing at the bar codes any other way does not work-I spend a lot of time going back & reopening the scanner. However recently this app has stopped working!! Says "unable to connect servers, try again later" has been going on for over a wk! Try reinstalling it & it didn't work! I'm not the only one getting this message. Going to contact my WIC branch to see if there's anything they can do. Super frustrating it hasn't been fixed yet!!!

The app (pre-update) was helpful in a pinch! After the last major update, however, it has become a pain. Every single time i go to open the app, i am given the option to sign up or log in- which is fine! Unfortunately, every time i try to sign in, it takes me to the "authenticate" site and has me go thru the WHOLE process of authenticating repeatedly! This takes longer than just calling the WIC automated hotline and finding out whats left. Barcode scanner has always been iffy.
