About the application:

The Digital Egypt application provides more than one government service through cooperation with more than 9 ministries and government agencies to enable citizens to request many services through it.

How the app works:

It is easy to register and create an account to use Egypt Digital services.
Registration in Digital Egypt is done using the Egyptian national number and the Egyptian phone number registered with your national number.
You can use the same account for both the mobile application and the platform's website.
After logging in, you can easily start the service, fill out the required fields, book an appointment if necessary, or have your government papers delivered to your address without having to attend.

Application features:

Digital Egypt was launched to provide better, broader and more effective access to a wide range of public services.
A number of fully digital services have been launched on the application and website.
You can easily find, monitor and track your data, family information, property, vehicles, licenses, ration card and all your previous orders.

Available services:

Services available on the platform include traffic, catering, documentation, real estate, courts, commercial registry, real estate tax, social housing, civil status, and licensing services.
This is in addition to other services that will be gradually available.

Citizens can obtain digital government services through four outlets:

Various payment methods are also provided, including:

Bank cards
Electronic payment companies
Mobile phone wallets

Ratings and reviews

There are some bugs related to logging in and out. Also, the login is not saved and there is no biometric verification to make logging in easy, like InstaPay or banking apps.

login login login login login failures as usual I don't know what is rocket sceince behind authentication here on or on their website always failing always not able to get user details and this is from the first launch of service till now 2026 They don't even learn from mistakes ofcourse pure egyptian !!!!!

App stuck at the set appointment step when tried to issue power of attorney. Tried several times with same issue!
