Works as intended. Simple platform. You have to uninstall, then reinstall for updated Excelsior Pass Plus for booster shots to show up. I feel this should automatically be updated. Our information is in the system, so it would be nice if it automatically got updated instead of going through a couple of loops. It's easy enough that I, personally, don't mind the extra loop, but being a government run tool, it's expected to have some slow useless loops to go through.

I have had the Excelsior Pass since February. I received notices to update to the Pass Plus through the app and have tried repeatedly to add it from the link in the app notification, from the internet, from my computer without success. It always says they were not able to find contact information for me (um, you'd think they must have it since I tried going through the link in the app). I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. An email to the state has gone unanswered.

After the first 2 shots, ,I got the pass added pretty easily to the wallet. After I got the booster, I got a notification on my app to go back to the excelsior pass page and re enter my info and the booster would then show up. Well, it didn't. Tried it 2 more times and the third shot is still not showing up. Now I have a wallet full of passes and none of them show the booster. They need to fix this.
