I ran into the same resize issue as others before I looked at the pictures in the app. On my Android phone in normal portrait view, the image has to be rotated so it is 90 degrees from portrait before it can be resized. Then it can be resized and will crop the image outside the marked viewing area. Unfortunately, the final image is reduced in size, but it can be tapped to enlarge if needed. All this confusion cost more time that it should have. Some explanation of the required angle would have saved a lot of time and frustration. Unfortunately, this is only available in the images displayed in the Google store BEFORE the app is downloaded. Moreover, there is no warning or statement about the required viewing angle for the image.

This will be a handy app once they've ironed out the kinks. I'm having trouble with the photo "Scale" feature. Although the app does have a resizing feature (for proof-of-vaccine card, and photo ID) the resizing doesn't stick, and photos revert to their original dimensions This results in unwanted cropping of edges. I've tried reloading my photos, but the scaling problem persists.

Scaling and rotating photo of my CDC card doesn't work. I try to scale the photo so it is all visible, but is always snaps back to a close up that doesn't show the whole photo. The whole point of this app is to make the photo easy to retrieve, but if it can't properly upload the photo the app is not very useful.
