Ratings and reviews

Offline started to not work the past few months. Attempting to download statutes causes app to crash. Waiting on update to fix this bug

I love having the info at my fingertips with the app versus having to use a search engine to locate info.

Offline download doesn't work. Crashes every time you start the download.
