I love the app. It has a ton of information describing each section of the plate and a helpful guide showing you how much equals a cup in each of the food groups. It's very helpful and very educational, but I wish it had a way to track what you are eating. Instead of just the daily goals I wish I could track how much of each food group I'm getting. Even if it's a super simple tracker it would still help a lot.

Not Enough Reminders & Login Flaw. Although I created an account and logged in, I kept being prompted to create an account, indicating that my progress wouldn't be saved otherwise. It was also really easy to forget about the app and my goals because I think I only got one reminder a day, at kind of an odd time, and it didn't grab my attention, so it just didn't work for me.

Not as good as old online version yet. I loved the online version before they phased it out. There was a daily bar graph showing how much of each group you had eaten. Made it eady to see where to "spend" the rest of ur daily food "budget." Incl database of foods. Integrated fitness tracker keyed to Presidential Medal of Fitness. No other fitness app uses this approach. Hope app gets updated w/those features.
