Not at all what I thought it would be. I expected to have my "plan" in the app so I could track if I was meeting it, like track that I got my 2 servings of fruit, etc. This just gives you little tasks like "start the day with... Have with lunch/dinner... With another food group". I didn't need it to tell me when to eat something I just wanted an easy way to keep track I was meeting my daily amounts.
