Safety Plan is here to help you make a plan for dealing with thoughts of suicide and self-harm. The app will walk you through filling out the 6 steps of a safety plan, share your safety plan with your loved ones, and use your safety plan in a moment of crisis. The app also includes audio and interactive tools to help you calm down, information for you and your loved ones about safety plans and suicide, mood tracking, and ready access to crisis support.

This is amazing. You can share your app with others or export it into several file types and add pictures to Reasons For Living. There's tools you can use for coping, and it gives you prompts when you can't think of anything. There's resources for immediate help like 988 and even finding therapy. You can use your existing contacts on your phone to add to app and there's a journal entry.

I had been using this app for almost 2 years. It's saved me several times in the past. I stopped though because something became corrupted and I lost all my data. I've been trying to use it again but I can't even set a reminder without it freezing. Can't help but wonder if this is the result of the federal layoffs and such...

This VA Safety Plan App is 100% better than the VA SAFETY PLAN Papers. I like that the VA SAFETY PLAN APP is extremely customized & easy to set up. I only have 1 issue. When it came to putting all my contacts in. I wanted to move my daughter higher up on the list & could not. As a result, I had to delete all my contacts & start over. Can the designer of the VA SAFETY PLAN APP make it where contacts names can be moved around? This would be another great customized feature.
