App and website is terrible. they both show different information. On the App I'm unable to view my digital forward health card, because it gives an error message stating I'm NO longer enrolled in the program, when I clearly am. The App literally tells you to call the number ending in 3002, I call them because it's an issue on the APP but they aren't to smart. They say to call my State agency, but I already did that and was told that's an issue with the APP not my ACCESS ACCT!. WASTE OF TIME

It just updated and then said I changed my password ( no I didn't ). When I tried to recover my password it said there's no record of my case. Then the app updated again (2nd update within 20 minutes) and suddenly I can sign in with the same credentials that there's no record of. Your login/ security system is flawed and dysfunctional. Calling the local office is what I was told when I called the state because the said they don't know about the app. Local office is closed . Ridiculous.

A very simple app. Nothing is confusing, and definitely not all over the place like most apps. A lot of other apps tend to add and put too much into it, making it difficult for some people to even use it. But with this app, everything is easy to find and even easier to submit any documents that may be needed for your case. I especially like when I login, right away I can see if anything needs to be submitted or coming up due.
