The app does not accept that a person can be a national of one country and a resident of another. It kept saying I had not filled in contact details and refused to go on to payment. I could not book. Useless. (I could not book on the website either: could not select departure and arrival ports. Website also useless).

I installed the app on my journey, because I forgot my physical card. Yet, the app doesn't provide an easy way to scan the card number, so I have to spell it every time to the clerk. So, not really useful in the end....
