Ratings and reviews

We are paying for a service that does not meet acceptable quality standards. The Cosmote TV app is unstable, with frequent connectivity problems, buffering, and pixelated image, both on Cosmote Fiber and now even more with Starlink (100x the issues with Fiber). Especially, in the last seven days, the issues have made the service practically unusable, with only brief playback followed by long freezes. Unacceptable! Cosmote has not resolved the problems nor assumed responsibility.

I've never encountered worst app. Login is almost never working, giving meaningless errors like "session expired, login again". From the webpage, I get to see an empty page with only a hyperlink "Return" and the cosmote logo. The "connect with qr" has never worked, it simply doesn't exist in this weird looking app. I really can't comprehend on which criteria is the quality assurance happening on this absurd app.

for the past couple of months, every few minutes after I stream from my phone to my Chromecast or my TV I receive a (4) error and it stops. I have never seen a worse streaming app/ update ever before!
