Quick to pay for and get new packages but really difficult to navigate if you don't understand Greek! My Google translate doesn't always work. The products are really complicated and I struggle every month with renewing just a basic: calls, text and data plan. Make it more like giffgaff in the UK. That's the best!

It is third decade of 21st century and mobile operator has an app that doesn't support English language! Very frustrating for us many tourists! How can we tourists use your services? What is your proposition? Edit: answer to thedeveloper : yes, I know it only sports Greek language, that's a huge minus. I am programmer, I can help you with adding as many languages as you wish, it's not that hard, trust me.

The app is constantly not working. I've been trying (once again) for about 4 days to top up but there is always an error message saying trying again later. There is no update from what I've checked so you guys need to sort it out. It is ridiculous to say the least, to have an application that never works !
