Ratings and reviews

They make you add funds to your account in order to buy a la carte packages (instead of letting you buy the packages directly) but your funds expire after a couple of months unless you add more funds. Basically they steal your money if you don't give them more. I tried to add more funds the last day and got a "connection error" on the app and got my balance stolen. Do yourself a favor and use a different provider.

I'm trying to access moments and almost all of the time it gives and error asking me to try again later, every time. I contacted your support, the digital assistant, but it's not helpful, I kept asking to speak to a human being and it just terminated the chat. Please fix your app and the assistant, everything keeps going from bad to worse.

There is no feedback option so i am writing here. 1) there is no feedback option, at least easy to find. 2) when i try to use my card and approve through bank app, the what's up resets. Finally fix that! 3) when prompt to enter card i cannot delete specific digits if i do a mistake. i must delete them all. one app, how many bugs? stop doing our life more difficult.
