Ergani

The Ergani application is the free application of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security for the “ERGANI” Information System, addressed to employers. It allows you to carry out the Digital Recruitment Announcement for Covering Urgent Needs simply, quickly and fully digitally, through your mobile phone

The process is completed in 3 simple steps:

1. Registration (employer) — Select an annex, enter the employee’s VAT number and complete the essential employment terms: specialty, place and hours of employment, earnings and insurance details.

2. Approval (employee) — The employee receives a notification in the myErgani application, completes his/her personal details and accepts the request.

3. Finalization (employer) — Check the details and finally submit the announcement.

What happens automatically

With finalization, the system automatically performs in the “ERGANI” PS:

• Digital Announcement of Start of Work

• Digital Declaration of Working Time Organization

• Declaration of End of Fixed-Term Contract

The announcement is visible to the employer in the Ergani PS and to the employee at myergani.gov.gr.

Three procedures are simplified into one — with 3 simple steps, fully digital, from the mobile.

The application is available for free for Android and iOS devices, via Google Play and App Store.
