Gov.gr Wallet is the official Greek wallet application, which is available through the official account of the Hellenic Republic, it enables the creation, storage and control of the new digital identity cards and digital driving licenses.

The new digital identity cards and driver's license are digital documents issued through gov.gr and are fully equivalent to paper documents, for any legal use within the Greek territory. They are not international travel documents.

To create a digital identity card and driver's license, your personal TaxisNet codes and the possession of a confirmed mobile phone number in EMEp are necessary.

It's been almost a year and I can't even log into the app, every time I try I'm asked to "confirm my identity" by filling in a password that's being sent to my phone number but when I do for every single password I'm getting the error message that the "key" is already in use, and then when I click on the option for a new "key" I get a message with the same key as before.

Unusable due to persistent auth.services.gov.gr error "No cookie set: authsession" that prevents me from completing authentication for over one month. No other way to authenticate--HELP. Had not used the app in a couple of months, but kept it updated. Recently I attempted connecting again. I authenticate via Pireaus Bank. Bank process notifies me I successfully approve authentication; all seems fine on their end. Then upon being routed back to the app, I'm always coming across the above error.

It generally works. But, despite what was the case with the previous wallet app (Covid Free GR Wallet), it does not support (all) android wallets for exporting. If you select the "add to wallet" option, you either get nothing or a .pkpass file that is compatible with apple wallet and only some android apps. It is not compatible even with Android Wallet! Very poor design there. The example of the previous app exposes and proves how relatively easy was to make this right...
