I have asked them many times to remove three listings for my house by three different real estate companies. Yes the house was for sale by the previous owner up until two years ago. Then I bought it but the listings remain. This is an indication of the garbage listings this application allows. It also allows listings with no exterior photos and no address which makes it painful to search. XE is better because it flags duplicate listings and has better filters.

Good app all things considered, but please add some extras: Allow different tabs for favorites, one for rentals and one for selling Allow us to filter our favorites, please! Both in the app and in the browser. Some of us favorite a lot of places but need to filter them to easier compare prices and amenities!!! I'd like to be able to see which places offer a parking space, or have an elevator etc and then rank them by price per sq. meter!!!

Great to have an app that allows you to filter your results with so many options. Most of the agent websites offer very poor filtering so are not fit for use, so Spitogatos is excellent. However, sometimes the pictures are very poor or non existent. Not the fault of Spitogatos, but perhaps there should be a minimum standard set for the advertisers. Another feature not available in Greek advertisements is a floorplan which would be a great enhancement.
