I can't stress this enough. Do not use this app or this service. It is the closest thing to a scam I have ever experienced. I setup an account, added a credit card, paid in advance for a spot at Woodward West, and when I went to load the QR code for gaining access to the garage, it did not load. The support number at the kiosk went to a dead line, the Help button did not work, and Park Detroit told me they don't offer refunds. Read the reviews. They take your money and don't provide service.

Zero stars. This app hasn't worked since the city 'updated' it several years ago, yet I continue to try every time I visit Detroit. I get to the point where I've selected my parking zone and then I get an error message that payment wasn't completed and to 'try again later'. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times; no luck. Completely useless.

I set up my account and made a reservation. Now I need to cancel the reservation, but the app wont let me. Even though it clearly states that cancellation is allowed up until the day of the event. It even shows a place to cancel, but it doesnt seem to work. I contacted them by email and on the phone. And they just say it is not possible to cancel. They say its againts their policy. But it clearly says different on the app.
