Of course customer care won't pick up or respond to mails. If u won't give us the flexibility then why is your customer care not up to it Lastly can u enable us to see the Recepient name wen using the mobile money platform just like u do for the banks - *it's too risky sending momo*
Pls add a valid contact line for emergencies. We are dealing with cash here and mistakes are bound to happen. If not handled promptly it's not the best the line provided is not existing
