This is my first CRM, but not my last. And I've tried so many of them, but this is my favorite. Very convenient, I like everything, lots of settings, intuitive. Special thanks to tech support, the guys are great, they respond within a minute, in other applications I waited 35 hours for a response from tech support)) Of all the ones I've tried, I want to note the availability of tariffs and integration with many services, plus there is everything you need😃👍🤩

I love this app so much! I'm a hairstylist and use it to manage my appointments. GnomGuru is the best appointment software in my opinion and it costs less than a lot of the others. I've used this app for over a year now and any issues I've ever had are quickly resolved by support. The automatic reminder texts are super customisable and the online booking page works great. I've tried other apps but always come back to this one because it's the best!

I have been using this app since 2018, I DO LOVE IT!! I have a small lash extension business, and this is my personal secretary! I will say when they update to a new version, I had problems with sending text messages. The customer service does work very hard trying to fix issues. And will solve the problem! It may take a day or a week but they do fix it!
