Gym Workout Tracker has an advanced syncing feature that makes sure all of your logged workouts and plans are always backed up in the cloud. Whilst this does require you to register within the app before use, you will have the opportunity to enable or disable this feature as you see fit. Leaving it enabled means you'll have access to your workouts on all of your devices, whether they run Android, Windows or iOS. That includes both your gym phone and main phone.
