About this app
UrInterpret is a tool to help frontline clinicians with all aspects of interpreting urine drug tests. Developed by frontline clinicians, it is meant to be highly practical.
UrInterpret includes:
1) Quick referencing for interpreting UDT (both point-of-care presumptive testing with Immunoassay, as well as confirmatory testing with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry)
2) Information about a clinic-wide system called HARMS that systematically applies UDT to patients with chronic pain prescribed opioids
3) Information about the START-IT Tool for Automated UDT Interpretation which simplifies all aspects of conducting UDT in the office
4) Cases - carefully selected cases that highlight pearls and common scenarios for interpreting both IA and LC-MS UDT
