Application 125 under the supervision of Holding Company for drinking water and sanitation aims to communicate with citizens and their service. The application contains many features aimed at improving communication between citizens and application users and between the holding company and all water and sewage companies in the governorates of the Republic.
The company communicates with the users by sending alerts to them with alerts or dates of water cuts, sharing information, adding news about the company or any news related to water and its repairs and modernization from the state. In addition to an information screen, through which the company sends information on how to rationalize water consumption and ways to save.
Through the application, the citizen can send his complaint and propose to the company any governorate or region.
You can send what you want to write and the image you want through your phone or phone camera to reach the company and be dealt with and solved in the fastest possible time.
The application becomes personal to the user by recording his personal data with the possibility of modification, in addition to enabling him to solve the company questionnaire to see his opinion on many application uses or issues related to water and sanitation.

Stupid app! I am not able to log in at all, it keeps loading but nothing happens. I also reset the password multiple times but never worked!

The hole reason i installed this app is to pay the bill, and when i opened the "invoice" tab it says "under construction"! If you care to add it later then don't put it in the features! That's false advertising!!

The worst app ever. Even after installing the monthly usage of water, the bill is based on another usage. This is my 3rd month to have this problem. The bill is a lot higher than my monthly usage which zi installed in this useless app.
