I can't seem to schedule the "Urgent Need" shifts, by the time I click the notification and go to the list, they are no longer available, this happens within 30 seconds! I also have 17 notifications on the "My Account" tab that I can't locate and clear. Other than that, the app works great!!đđž

UI is leaving a lot to be desired, very laggy and times out a lot. very sad as I've had some good shifts at places. The paperwork uploading section needs better explanation of WHAT is needed- too many times have vague explanations. And please fix these constant "turn on your location tracking" bug. this is probably the worst issue. RN available shifts are close to 0. Seem to be only if you're asked to come back somewhere.

I have not had a good experience with clipboard. I booked myself for the month and I worked 2 shifts. All the facilities canceled on me I went to one facility the entire month. I also think it's ridiculous that the facilities can cancel on you at 3:59 am and not pay because it's right before the cut off time. On nursa if a facility cancels within 12 hrs before your shift they have to pay you. It's ridiculous.

Karla, I understand your frustration when facilities cancel. Prior to booking, we suggest you check their contract terms to see if you are eligible for cancellation pay. You can add them as a DNR on your account and leave a facility review visible to other workers. Please let us know if you have any questions at socialsupport@clipboardhealth.com.
