The support is excellent, but they are not IT. I keep getting a RED message telling my server isn't connected despite using full wifi and/or data when I swipe up. And yes, I cleared my cache and storage multiple times. I even uninstalled and installed the app twice. Still the same. So minus 2 stars for the app, but not for the staffing support team.

App crashed mid workshift. I could not punch out. Could not see anything on my shift calendar. It was an instant shift, been 4 hours have not been paid. There is no contingency plan in place. Still waiting. Makes me laery now of picking up shifts.*edit* My issue was resolved later that evening. Clipboard made sure that I received my payment before the day ended.

Very unprofessional company! Very unreliable and low paying. The app advertises instant pay if you clock in within the hour of your shift do their app. However, the app almost always glitches up and falsely claims that my location indicator is not set on in my phone. The company pays low wages and they are very rude. They no longer have a working 24/7 active phone number. They also do not bother following up with you in a timely manner even when they claim otherwise. Unprofessional!!
