I was really enjoying Clipboard, it helped me to get connected with a few facilities in my area that began offering me shifts directly when they had an employee call out. I received an email from Clipboard about a paper timesheet and misrepresentation of work hours, and haven't been able to log in since. (I have never used a paper timesheet for Clipboard.) I have received zero response from support despite many attempts, and I still get automated texts and emails in regards to my account.

I have been with this agency for 3 years and it has changed for the worst the point system sucks, they take away points for canceling shifts no matter if you call out 5 days before or the day of. If ever anything happens on your shift and you need support Clipboard sides with the facility 99% of the time. Mostly all the shifts offer low pay these days, so I haven't picked up in a while not worth the headache.

Don't even bother. Customer service is not very helpful. I book a shift, was force to cancel it, lost 100 points for being NCNS even though I showed up. Now my account is restricted. I showed up to all my shifts, on time, never called in for months but because they can do a simple thing, I'm the one paying for it. It's a good thing, there's a ton of options out there. So don't bother with this one. They don't care about you.
